Laalamani's beauty is the first thing anyone notices, ethereal and doll-like, some would even describe them as creepy and uncanny; gorgeous, be they a man or a woman....and then they start talking.

Measuring a staggering head taller than most of his kin, this gentle giant cuts an imposing figure.He's taciturn, he finds talking with words bothersome, and the guttural monotone with which he speaks might make him sound slow or disinterested at times, especially if paired with his penchant for concise hermetism... but he's not. Far from that.While hard of hearing since birth, he's learnt to listen with his eyes: body language and lip reading can often suffice in making up the many sounds he can not hear clearly, and more than with his words, he will make good of his promises to the word through his actions.

If you chanced upon Sugi at wrork (or off of it) then you'll likely know how loud her raucous voice can get, as loud as her love for a merry atmosphere... unfortunately, for a while now booze has not been on the menu but heh, she makes do! If you thought her all party and no sense though, you'd owe her an apology!Sugi is competitive, a little arrogant, and with the ability to put in the hard work to back herself up: she might not always be the brightest crayon in the box (definitely the loudest, still), but where she can't reach with brains (or brawns) she will get with perseverance and determination!

Not much is known of Laalamani's past. They claim to be born in the far east, in modern Nagxia, and never give an exact timeline to the events. What is known and recorded, though, is that for around a hundred years he's been in Thavnair, working as an alchemist between the Great Work and the High Crucible, up to when the skies started burning and then cleared again, when he decided with his lover to leave the healing Thavnair to "tour Eorzea".

Born sixth yet the first son in a renowned family of alchemists, expectations have always been high on Idhyah.Expectations that he's always met and exceeded, an example of dedication and devotion even among the stakhanovists working the crucibles of Radz-at-Han and the Great Work, where he's been a common sight from childhood till his imposing adult years, and albeit his stature and taciturn, aloof demeanour, no one would describe him as anything but kind and thoughtful.And then, he met Laalamani. His dedication to work did not change, but the plans his family had for him had to be revised, much to their chagrin. Even so, how to deny him who works so hard?And so, for thirty and more summers he's worked and lived, until the skies turned red and Thavnair wept with them and once the red oozing wound of the firmament was healed, he took yet another step his family disagrees with and left the Island with his beloved.

Story

Something most will never know, but might if they grew up around Bukyo, is that Sugi Tatewaki did not always exist. Born as Shizuka Fujiwara, the only daughter of a court officer, she still holds the looks of the young girl who found her demise in the blaze of a spilt lamp on the eve of her wedding... Maybe some might recognize her even with her ruined voice?And escaped to Eorzea nearly a decade ago now, she eventually found her way to Ul'dah, where between a glass of whiskey too many and a few brawls she reached the doors of the Winking Paissa, still known as The Melting Daggers at the time, where she learnt a new trade and found in it her passion, becoming one of its most precious (and rambunctious) assets.

Born in the Skatay Range, Neri had a blissful childhood as far as Veena go, with a loving mother and three elder sisters he rarely wanted for anything and thus, when come his fifteenth summer he was whisked away by his older brother together with his youngest, it was quite the shock! Still he took it in stride like everything else in his life.He reached Eorzea five winters ago now, following in the footsteps of his best friend, choosing exile over his worries for the other's fate.
And for the past four years he's studied in Sharlayan and worked as Gleaner beside, collecting botanical specimens all over the world.
